Returns
We want customers to receive products that work well and meet their needs. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Products returned without original packaging or with visible damage caused after delivery may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Used equipment
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Electrical items that have already been installed
- Special-order or customized equipment
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will inform you whether the refund is approved.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued using the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact our support team.
Installation Services
Installation services are non-refundable once the work has started or has been completed. If there is a problem with the installation, we will review the issue and work to correct it.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was incorrect or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the returned item arrives safely.
